What should I expect during my initial appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, all health insurance cards, and emergency contact information. It will also be helpful for your Physical Therapist if you can identify the date that your pain first started or your injury occurred.

What should I wear to my appointments?

Loose-fitting, comfortable clothes would be great. Our clinic has semi-private exam rooms, and we also have clothes-changing facilities for your convenience.

How long will my appointments last?

Your initial appointment with your Therapist will last approximately one hour. This will give the Therapist enough time to evaluate your pain/injury, and develop a treatment plan specifically for you. After the initial appointment, all other visits should last between 45 – 60 minutes, depending on the extent of your injury.

“I have been working with Travis doing the Sports Performance program at River Rehab. I feel a lot stronger and faster now compared to when I first started the program. He has me doing a wide variety of things so I’m never bored when I go and always feel challenged. Travis makes it fun too, and I look forward to going each time.”
